Flipside is a church designed for those who've not yet found a place to call "their church". It is a place for the "un-churched" or for the "de-churched". If you like the religious, church rules of the self-righteous, you won't like Flipside.
Flipside exists to help people take the next right spiritual and practical step in growing and showing love to God and love to others. (Matthew 22:34-39)
Our theme is "a little less religion; a little more relationship". We want to practice a little less of the "churchianity" and a little more of loving God and loving people. That's what we see in the Bible. That's what Jesus intended when he said the two greatest commandments we could obey is to love God and love people. He taught us and He lived for us how to be less concerned with religious rules and more passionate about God and people. That's what Flipside is about. When we get those two things right, all the other "rules" will take care of themselves. Don't sweat the small stuff!
